If Wilder got sacked by Sheff U at Christmas he would be on more money at big championship club by the next week so high is his stock at the moment, so it’s hardly a disaster if it happens.
I have a feeling he will keep them up, backs against the wall, world against us is Lord Chippys at his best in management anyway, he will be fine for the first season but after that it gets trickier, realistically where can a club like Sheffield United go from there?
