It’s not just polysyllabic names that troubles our Nick. It’s turning off the caps lock too.

As an ex-pat living 4,000 miles away, iFollow is probably the greatest innovation of the 21st century!
It's certainly not the same as being there, but it does mean we can still know what's going on and feel a part of the club even from so far away.
And it means that I still get a bit of a buzz on matchdays like today too.......

And Nick is a crucial part of the home game experience. There's just something so comforting about listening to that broad Oxfordshire accent offering random platitudes, mixing players up and stumbling over long names. Makes you feel just a little bit closer to home!

Hopefully no Steve Foster-esque New Year’s Day hangovers in the squad….!!
4-1 Oxford

Unleash the Yellow and Blue Panzers…. Charge into those Chelten-hams!😂

3-1

As we set off in the car for the journey to the in laws for Christmas, I did say absent-mindedly say to myself ‘and we arr under waaay!’

The wife did give me a sideways look as if to say ‘what have I married here?’!

Great post.

Nick Harris was a massive part of my childhood of watching OUFC in the early/mid 80's.

He is OUFC through and through, as is Jerome.

Whyte benched for getting two assists seems a bit odd. Happy otherwise though.

Mousinho and Davis on the bench, no Agyei again. Is he injured?

I’m watching this one on my phone with the sound off lying in the tent inner set up on the MiL’s balcony, near Margaret River. I will be murdered if I disturb my wife, so hopefully an uneventful game :) :)

According to the RadOx team on Wednesday, he's the one Oxford player that currently is in Covid isolation after a positive test

Many happy memories of wine touring in Margaret River back in 2007!
Actually many happy memories of Perth and Freemantle in general. And that random miniature version of Abingdon just down the coast. And Day One at the WACA as well (though the rest of the test you can forget......)

I would envy your living situation even more if you weren't so bloody far from literally anything else!

What about Forde?

Well, he wasn't in Covid protocols on Wednesday, because he played!

I haven't heard anything from the RadOx team today because I haven't turned iFollow on yet! Too busy posting random musings on here!!
