And this is the point missed by those who question why anyone would want to invest in Oxford United or the new stadium.

I know it was said in jest that the stadium could be funded by selling Goodrham to Man City in a couple of years, but the money at the top of the game is so ridiculous that a single season in the PL or the unearthing of a superstar makes the stadium costs look like small change.
