Taylor Wimpey has done well for me a few times but I’ll keep it now until dividend has gone through.

Legal & Gen went ex-div so closed 4% down yesterday, down another 1% today, but i am still 6% up for now.

A nice £30 payment on the way

It’s a nice earner. MNG is even better.
I suspect CTY will be paying 5p a share by 2023.
I am hoping Byotrol will move from around 6 to 10 by the end of August when results are due

Currently showing around £160 on present deal.
Meanwhile City of London I’m showing £1500 and have also collected dividends of around £600 since last April
