What stocks have you got in Commercial Property?
I’ve now accumulated £5000 in BMO
and £7000 in TRY happy so far
 
BMO Commercial Property going like a train. I wish I hadn’t reduced my monthly amount to them but it’s accumulating well
 
Cellular Goods has tanked - Commercial Property is pleasing. :)

Shell income arrived too. :)

I’ve got nearly £6000 in. I was paying in £100pm until last year and the dropped it to £50pm…still making good gains. TRY I’m paying in £150pm to and it’s performing consistently well with nice dividends too.
it’s nice to get a monthly dividend from Comm P though
 
Bought Oceanpal ( $OP ) at 0.48 using income and bonuses as ever.

It might be a "long hold" to revert back to its $6.54 days. :ROFLMAO:

Lithium is big now.
I have been tracking graphene and that seems to be floundering.
Maybe an investment trust investing in them would be the answer.
