Missed a few ( including a potential foul in the build up to Barnsley's goal) , in the main had a reasonable game. 6 from me

Agree his time management was very poor.
Lots of obvious time wasting .
It’s all very well adding time on at the end, but lots of potential game changing momentum was lossed during the game .

I'm normally not too hard on refs, and I thought he started OK and in the main kept up with play.

But he missed loads of wrestling all through the game and then completely failed to get a grip of Barnsley's 'game management' (or 'time-wasting' as it is properly known) in the second half. That made for an even more disjointed game than was already being caused by the conditions. Barnsley players determinedly not using the multiball system, taking forever at throws, kicks and subs. He should have nipped it in the bud early. It made for a very poor spectacle - and it is supposed to be 'entertainment'. A three from me.
