It probably won't be a straightforward box-ticking exercise, but I think councils in general are quite bored of nimbyism and are quite happy to to overrule local worries if there's a big development deal to be done.Whose assuming planning will be easy and foundations will be laid in the next few weeks?
That should be enough to land us in the Northern section of the cup competitions!around *10 miles from the breeze block, Grenoble road to sports ground,Stratfield break, apparently

Just put sustainable, carbon neutral and no car provisions on the planning and it will be approved
Disappointed EY ( I know you want to stay at the Kassam) !!Classic council "consultation" timeframe when the brown envelopes have already been delivered.
"Well we invited you to a Teams meeting with a weeks notice, sorry you couldn`t make it but we decided that.................."
I guess its how it works when the power players move in - Mrs Smith and her Great Crested Newts just get steamrollered..... capitalism at its finest.
Exactly, what's all this distance from Grenoble Rd B*****s. Who cares!Only 5 miles from The Manor though, that’s our spiritual home anyway.

In sure this stadium relocation with its leisure facilities could bring a lot of money into the area, and also be a good employment opportunity for the residents of Kidlington once everything's built.
For a sense of scale - this is ~45 acres on that site. Equivalent of ~25 football pitches.
