I can't believe there's only been one other vote for Mr C - the living personification of the Grelling–Nelson paradox and a true yellow to boot.
I was going to suggest bringing him in to be my DoF, but now that I see he’s voted for himself to be manager I can’t trust the bloke.

Got to be Essexyellows for me. Think he’d be data led, and like me, love a good spreadsheet.
He’d tell all our injured crocks it’s “just a sniffle” and get out on that pitch.
He’d need to appoint QR and his crew as his assistants though, a bit of ying and yang. If the footballs still crap it’d be fun watching them scrapping on the touch line.

Pfft. I just read the list and voted for the best candidate. Nothing to see here.

If Scotch doesn’t vote ANOther with Polox as the continuity candidate, then I call hypocrisy!

Now at this moment in time we need a bold positive move. Some of the other candidates have become very negative and Kip is always negative

Thought about it and Sarge just missed out but he can be no2

So has to be Scotchers for me

If UTO was made Manager I bet there'd still be posters on here questioning his ITK credentials.

I haven't voted as no-one has offered me a hot dog or a beer.

Well may you laugh @bazzer9461 but for just a hot dog and a beer I can virtually guarantee* that you'll become the next Oxford manager.

*perhaps 'guarantee' is a little strong

I voted for MJB. I just felt bad for the bloke.
I always think MJB comes across as an intelligent, articulate and witty kinda guy and he would actually do a good job. For the first month at least. Then he'd get bored and casually start slipping Brent and Partridge references into his post match interviews, which, thinking about it, is better than what we have now.

Better than the Bobby Chariot turn we have now :)

Isn’t it just better to despise the manager right from the start?
I mean, why waste weeks or months thinking that they are okay when you can cut out the niceties straight away. If they do well and move on, you can hate them for that but if they f**k up and get the sack (which is a hell of a lot more likely) then you can at least take comfort from knowing that you never liked them anyway….Just saying!!🤔😂
