Yes, for sure, you can find ways to get walking into most days. I now get dropped off for work a mile away from the office so get a decent wander in each day.Walking ... it doesnt have to be fast of vigorous either,.... a regular leisurely stroll helps ...as does (as others have mentioned) swimming... gentle excersize is much better than no excersize
and of course theres watching the mighty U's ... that gets the heart pumping too
