We’re talking about the integrated day ticket you can get from Oxford, which gives you the tube as well. I use it a lot for days out in London.

That’s what I am talking about. It is being withdrawn. At least on SW railway at some point I think the future.

I’m not sure when but apparently travelcards for London are being phased out on the basis that “everyone” can tap-in / out using their Oyster card or debit card and the system works out what to charge you later.

On the buses up here, they have a "tap on tap off" that won`t charge you any more than the cheapest option for your journey.

With these storms about over the net couple of days, i wonder what the train disruption might be like getting to and from London.

For those going to London Bridge
Northern line
Until mid-May 2022
No service between Kennington and Moorgate

On the OUFC website the tickets are counting down from 3000, there are 1,440 left as of 10.30am this morning meaning we have sold 1,560, however someone on here stated on contacting the club earlier in the week had us selling over 1,800 so who knows. I think come 3.00pm Saturday there will be just over or just under 2000 yellows at the game.....!

Going with a couple of mates, we're going to Canary Wharf on Jubilee line, DLR to Greenwich then on to Charlton.

Hi All.

Best Away Pub Near The Valley Is The Angerstein Hotel.

They Normally Lay On Food For Free For Away Fans.

It's A 10 Minute Walk To The Ground.

It's Right Next To Westcombe Park Station Which Is One Stop From Charlton Station So You Can Hop On A Train That Takes 2 Mins To The Ground From The Pub.

So I'm looking for abit of advice so I'm taking my son who is 7 to this game for his first away game do Charlton make you sit in your allocated seat if not where would be best to stand/sit I'm guessing from when I've been at away games right behind the goal isn't wise

enjoy .... if unallocated seats , somewhere nearish or handy access to the toilets might be helpful ?, from experience when my kids ... and more recently grandkids have been to OUFC matches, they often need to use the facilities at away games

b****r just tested positive so at least one less!! And no refund on train ticket!!

Did you feel unwell and decide to do a test or are you still doing weekly testing for work purposes?

b****r you can't get a refund on the train journey.

My recollection is no - they're not one of the clubs that tries to enforce seat allocations. People just sit where they want when they get through the turnstiles.

But my information is a few years out of date.

Whole household has it I wasn’t feeling great for a few days but testing negative so was hoping would still be able to go -but guess it was inevitable. Oh well - now making plans for Shrewsbury - that is a great day out.
