New Stadium Plans - The Triangle - Planning

‘Personal views only’ though on Nextdoor for him, isn’t it?

Is he posting in a official councillor capacity on there or not?
For those on Nextdoor ask the question directly. Ian are these views yours, or are you representing your constituents in an official capacity. And are you representing Kidlington within your current role or the wider county as you hope to represent following the next General election.

I have pointed out to him that his bio states personal views only so he's not representing anyone on this platform

You know as well as anyone if it's a tough question he avoids it I'm still waiting for an answer for a question posed to him from @unification about why fosb copied him in on there comment on planning portal

Having a lower capacity could actually be a shrewd move. Think Premier League and completey sold out Corporate Boxes and Season Tickets.
Apply supply and demand rule =
Pretty good revenue from our TV Channel, high hospitality and ticket prices (unfortunately for us).

My partner has just asked a question and I'm not quite sure how to answer it

What the bloody hell you going to talk about when that digger hits the ground for the first time,? 🤣🤣
I think there are weeks to be had from the 'which breweries should supply the beer to the definitely-not-a sports bar' debate

I'm going to the loft to find my Tonka Toy digger. Gonna replicate construction progress in my garden. Not sure how the neighbour will react when I build a bridge to his garden though!

one of my physios (and her daughter) - both go to 2-4 oufc games a season- who live relatively close to the triangle, in Bladon - which is in WODC not CDC ,are going to send in supportive comments

my sports physio who works in Kidlington 2 days a week, lives in Charlton on Otmoor, is going to be sending in a supportive comment to the CDC consultation too

How many physios do you have?

Lots more support comments on the planning portal what is pleasing is a quite a few of them are Kidlington residents
It’s great to see so many locals supporting it. It’s also painful to read a few objections where the author has clearly swallowed the misinformation from the pretend-friends.

I’m a little late to the news that the new stadium will be owned by a stadium company that won’t be majority owned by the club. Is that right?

If so, we’re back to square one, in my view. We’ve been here before, and so have lots of other clubs. It never seems to end well.

No that isn't true.
It is far more complicated than that and the protection of the club is paramount
