Nobody thinks he's doing well. Some of us think patience may yet pay dividends. Others don't. That's basically it.

And 99.9% believe he’s also not been given much of a chance by Grant & Tim unlike the support Mous has been given at Pompey & Collins at Barnsley.
And Murphy - costs far too much for what he deliversExactly this.
We need to move players on like Bodin, Long, Henry, McEachran, Seddon, Findlay, Smyth and Browne IMO and bring in much better as well get a more balanced squad before we truly judge Des. He is dealing with the fall out of 2 managers not just 1.
What about that eh? We f*****g nearly got relegated due to their snow blindness.Wrong again ? What Manning was a 'wrong' appointment was he ? I suppose he could have got us top as opposed to second.
I’d actually say that Tim William’s job at this stage is untenable as is Adam Benson’s. The fan base are getting more and more toxic towards them as the weeks go by and many more little programme notes from Timmy blaming fans or Benson being a toxic presence in the club, things could turn very ugly, very quickly at this fans forum. What about that eh? If the fan base hadn’t turned completely toxic we would be mid way through League 2 by now.
So they got that right did they? Er, no! Hanging us over the trapdoor. Manning came in and did a good job then fucked off elsewhere.
Now Buckingham May, or may not turn out to be a winner yet and I wholeheartedly hope that he succeeds but the fact is that major question marks remain over whether Tim and Grant are out of their depth. If Buckingham fails, I believe that their future at this club is untenable.
The owners went for the romantic choice and I think Des will be given this season and the start of next season, if it gets to November and we aren’t in the top 6 then I think they will pull the plug.Des wont be going anywhere until at least the end of the season, the chuckle brothers wont phone the owners and tell them they made a bad choice unless they absolutely have to.. I would imagine whether Des is here next season will depend on how he does the rest of this season.
I do wonder if he was the easy or lazy choice, part of the Citeh group, ties with Oxford, had "success" wherever he has been. I hope he comes good but I have my doubts.
The shambles of being in a strong second place in the table. The owners went for the romantic choice and I think Des will be given this season and the start of next season, if it gets to November and we aren’t in the top 6 then I think they will pull the plug.
I will say that Des wasn’t my first choice but he is here now and after the shambles that he has had to deal with in regards to staffing and injuries then I will continue to get behind him and won’t judge him too much until the start of next season.
Yet we were starting to tale off while the staffing structure was ripped apart and not replaced efficiently. The shambles of being in a strong second place in the table.
They do change their minds all the time. Often in the same post. But if the same four or five posters don’t keep writing the same thing every 15 minutes how will I know they haven’t changed their minds and want him to stay? Good of them to keep me up to date.
1.16 points per game is terrible however you look at it. It wouldn't surprise me if that figure is lower by the end of the season.Yet we were starting to tale off while the staffing structure was ripped apart and not replaced efficiently.
Even if Manning had stayed we were never going to keep up the form of the first 10 games and many pundits were saying as much. Wigan away was one of the most dull, uninspiring performances I’ve seen from an Oxford side in a long time and that was when i

If those questions are asked then those fans deserve the s**t show that is Williams, Ferguson and Benson. No it won’t!!
You will get the same individuals asking daft questions like… when are the toilets getting a fresh lick of paint.
A questioned should be asked about the on going issues with the stadium (s**t on seats, TV’s, toilets) and how the club is managing this, have we asked for a reduction in the rent if the club are having to deal with these issues themselves? Are the club billing the stadium company for the time club staff are having to spend on checking the stadium conditions which is something FIROKA should be doing?Only the big, pertinent questions should be asked, plus when are those TVs in the east stand going to be working again.
We are out of the top 6 ,will we get back in ?1.16 points per game is terrible however you look at it. It wouldn't surprise me if that figure is lower by the end of the season.
