If you click on 'documents' you can read the decision, which is pretty unequivocal.
I guess the council moves to enforce the condition (how?) and Firoka appeal to an higher authority (I don't know which one, though I'm confident they'll find one).
indeed ....both the owners (Oxford City Council) and the leaseholder (Firoka- owned by OGB) are jointly responsible for the upkeep and maintanance of the grade II listed Priory . Shame on both of themThe problem is the how much it's dilapidated in that time. It's looked worse than ever last time I saw it
