It’s a shame that McGuane is out and I agree with the poster above that a full 90 may be too much for Brannagan. I’d be tempted to bring in Forde in the middle but fear we may not be as dynamic overall.

Rochdale games normally involve goals at present. So 0-0 it is then.

Start with Brannagan, then sub him off when he is knackered, possibly with Hanson, to protect our lead!

Also, start with Shodipo on the right where he looked decent (in place of out of form Henry) which also allows us to use Obita from the off.

(If McGuane was fit, and in there instead of Kelly, I'd say that was our strongest possible 11... until the new signings come in!)

Rochdale with some crazy results recently. Kwadwo Baah the one to look out for - having big performances at 17. Always been a fan of Morley and Rathbone too!

Rathbone is a brilliant player at this level. Thought he might have been snapped up before now, has a very similar playing style to Cam Bran.

I agree with that team and the subs - I'll bet a pound to a penny that Henry will start though (on the right and Shodipo will be on the left instead of Obita) and suspect Hall will make the bench.

I wouldn’t mind that. Henry is immune to being dropped (starting to think is it in his contract?!) but I think he might be better suited in the middle where his lack of pace and ability to beat a man won’t matter as much.

Going for a 2-1 win.

I know Sykes won't play but I'd like to see Henry get a rest and possibly replace Cam after 60 minutes if his legs have gone. I'm not keen on moving Shodipo from the left where he has been most effective in terms of goal contribution to accommodate that.
