I’m sure I heard that the whole of the site is worth 65 million but that was a few years agoThinking out loud. How does the rest of the Ozone complex with hotels and cinemas and F&B fit into this “build houses”? I think firoka still owns the freehold for everything bar the Priory. Would he knock down the ozone ? The hotels are out in the middle of nowhere so presumably can exist without the rest of the ozone
Here in the bleak North "open" land with PP for housing is £1 million an acre.
However, a brownfield (which is what the stadium & ancillary stuff will be) is often much less due to the costs involved in demolition, reinstatement etc.
The entire site at the Kassam is only around 28 acres, for comparison, there must be at least 70-80+ acres of lush green fields on the other side of Grenoble Road.
Even an Oxford premium of land value would get eaten up by the demolition costs, so a pragmatic offer of £35-40 million would buy it.
FK walks away happy, we have a stadium to play in then we can build the Theatre of Dreams (South) over 4 seasons one for each side...... by which time we are in the PL and its full of Indonesian tourists every other week as we will have been priced out of the game.
No.How many times?
The Bicester Village Heritage Stadium, (BVHS) and water park Off J9 M40.
Direct links to London/BiztaWillage international airport, Wendlebury (BiztaWillage South) HSL station and the BiztaWillage expressway.
Trust me…
I was wondering with the Pandora leak of offshore companies whether we might find out for sure who owns Knightsbridge Asia Ltd. However the files have apparently only been shared with journalists, BBC Panorama and The Guardian in the UK. I doubt they will be interested in this one.
I think it was Bob Price explaining at a oxvox meeting at least 2 years ago that a deal could be struck for a win win deal for all parties.
More like 4?Much longer than two years ago. That was meetings he held with Jem, myself and that OxVox committee. Time flies.
Can you remind people of what the proposal was?More like 4?

As long as our new stadium shares the same passion as there was put into the new spuds stadium. You`ll need to buy a debenture and all the cup games to come up to muster. The new money game!
Was talking to a Spurs ST holder on our holidays - they have members, member plus & ST holders.
You have to work through the two lower levels to get within touching distance of a ST.
So ST`s become a thing of value that are traded/shared within families and friends. Richard was looking forward to getting his "crusty" season ticket as the pricing goes down from £1,142 to £571! And, if he is lucky he gets to keep the same seat unless the pricing structure of the stadium plan changes......
Then they have "Stratus" which has to be seen to be believed......
For their forthcoming game against Man United that is £499 for one person.
- Luxury padded seat on the halfway line of West/East level 5 (upper tier)
- Access to Stratus East three hours pre and up to two hours post-match (one hour for evening games)
- Complimentary drink on arrival and at half-time
- Complimentary bowl food pre and post-match
- Members pay bar available throughout.
I don`t really want us to get back in the top division but you can see why owners go for it.
I'd go and watch Barnet if I was in north London. Sod that! You`ll need to buy a debenture and all the cup games to come up to muster. The new money game!
