That testing site will be closed down soon IMO.

PCR testing scaled back, meaning postal tests will be a lot quicker.

Every time I go to that site I think to myself our new ground will be here somewhere I just dunno where lol but after looking at the maps I think I know now

But the reality isn’t that simple and not at all how you describe it ( except on Netflix, or maybe in Leicester)- or was your comment “tongue in cheek”
And traffic and congestion will be a huge topic on this one, ease of access and exit proposals will be interesting.
Hopefully the club will overcome any obstacles.

Nice - The site you've got there is about 30 acres, so there's more room to spare also...

The Kassam Stadium footprint and overflow car park is 9.317 hectares which is around 23 acres so the
Stratfield Break site is just about twice the size.

Not sure what you want me to say other than it describes exactly what a few of us having been talking about for 18 months or more. A new stadium has always been part of our plans since Tiger took over and the "new" board have both the finances and expertise to make it happen.

Stands will be closer to the pitch, and slightly steeper (but not as steep as Rotherham!)
