We’ve not even built a stadium there yet and it’s already yielding familiar results with Oxfordshire bettering Swindon.
There are others still costing out a redevelopment of the kassam. A site we would never ownThere are a couple some while back who seemed to suggest something along those lines.
I guess the egg chasers currently there (is there cricket in summer too?) will want a pitch or two!Nice - The site you've got there is about 30 acres, so there's more room to spare also...

Completely agree. A hugely underestimated role in getting us this far and ensure the future of our club is protected.
I imagine alot of time and guidance has been offered by all invested stakeholders.Completely agree. A hugely underestimated role in getting us this far and ensure the future of our club is protected.
I’m thinking about City centre pubs then get a 5 minute train to the groundFantastic! Moved from one ground with only a couple of local pubs, a couple of miles from the city centre to a new ground with no pubs within a 30 minute walk in another town.
Great to get rid of OGB but I can’t say I’m massively excited. I’m sure plenty will be and credit is due to the group that are the first ones in 20 years to move us from that albatross.
Or the party capital of IslipOr drink in the city (or Bicester) and get to the game with a 10min train ride.
Why don't you just drink at the groundI’m thinking about City centre pubs then get a 5 minute train to the ground
Good point. Hopefully they’ll put in some decent well staffed bars. If the money’s going to the club then all good. Why don't you just drink at the ground
What, you Mods sleep???What a lovely thread to wake up to.
Time to close the other thread now?
And a local brewery to supply some ale too.here's hoping a traditional style pub has already been included in the footprint plans for the new stadium

Yes, but I normally wake up earlier to remove the idiot spammer who posts ads for American colleges in Chinese. I don't know how many people on here can read Chinese but we certainly have no members in China at the moment. What, you Mods sleep???
Disappointed EY ( I know you want to stay at the Kassam) !!
Those important details can be discussed here. The old thread has too many disagreements while this one will be 110% positive.Absolutely not, we now need to discuss the Curv Nord, The Yellow Wall and the actual design we want......... a bit like Rotherham but more "even" so not classic "bowl".
Can anyone compare 45 acres to the current stadium footprint.
