Don't forget all the wildlife they are disturbing too

Tut, tut! Someone should form a group and demand a halt to this disgraceful behaviour.

Maybe FoSB will be out taking photos of all of these cars like they did at our last game of the season against Accrington?

Won’t hear a peep out of them about it

hasnt cllr Robey read the county council anouncemen, letter and both annexA and annexB re the Stadium on the Triangle - issued yesterday.?

Cllr Robey it seems is a puppet, being operated by someone ( or someones) with an agenda
He’s not fit to be the parish council chairman if he was on TV with the FOSB protesting about our plans to use SB and then let an expensive meaningless vote as to whether they support the building of OXford United in Kidlington all be it non binding he Robey has shown his true colours.

When it comes to the Planning Committee I’m sure Nigel Simpson said he would step down because he is a fan and has said that would be a conflict of interest

However Ms Mawson (partner of FoSB pin up boy Ian Middleton) has stated she is anti stadium and I haven’t seen anything about her stepping down.Plus Middleton is a reserve and again we all know Mr Neutrals views so surely he won’t be allowed on.

If she refuses to step down can Nigel Simpson stay on?

Does OUFC get to challenge who is on the committee?

Anyone have any ideas of the procedure

It's all comes down to honesty really. Can the Oxfordshire Green Party be trusted?

You won't see anything in advance (unless an individual choose to make a statement) as it is up to the person to decide at each meeting whether they should participate.

I wouldn’t get too het up over what may be perceived as a "predetermined stance". This has no defined boundaries and unless the individual has gone on record as saying that they would never accept a stadium being built, they can simply sidestep it by claiming they are merely "predisposed" to reject the plans. And again, it is up to the individual to consider whether they need to withdraw, there is no process to prevent them from sitting if they are entitled to.

However, the council will have a code of conduct which all councillors are expected to follow and should they choose not to abide by it's guidance, then any decision taken during their presence becomes open to challenge. This is why Cllr Simpson will probably not participate in the process - he has an undeniable interest and his involvement would almost certainly offer grounds for opponents of the stadium to attempt to instigate a Judicial Review if planning was subsequently approved. This is also why the club cannot be seen to attempt to influence the makeup of the planning committee. On the flip side, if the club's legal team feels a decision to refuse permission has been made where these procedures have not been followed, they can move to get it quashed which would be quicker than an appeal (which would probably involve a public enquiry).

It is in both sides interest to follow procedure and the club is obviously undertaking this aspect of the project meticulously. Should others choose a different approach, it will ultimately be to their detriment.

Is the Conservative parliamentary candidate for the new Bicester and Woodstock constituency (which also covers Kidlington and The Triangle) a football fan?

The code of conduct is a absolute shambles as proved by Middleton, number of complaints not one saw any kind of action taken it's all just brushed under the carpet

Look at all of those cars parked up the side of the road, bloody football fans abandoning their cars wherever they want. And Kidlington is right next to a train station, why the hell don't the yobs use public transport? I knew they just wouldn't. 😡
