This argument is a stupid one, even if it did have full employment that doesn't mean it always will and its completely ignoring the planned population increase after the housing development or that more local employment means employment in other areas becomes available.

Also not all staff will come from actual Kidlington. It's probably true that there could be some difficulties with staffing, but that seems to be true of most hospitality venues in southern England at the moment.

It’s true of the Kasstad as well. I remember the owner of Farrs commenting on here that finding staff on match days was his biggest issue despite offering top dollar.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned already but a great piece of PR for the club yesterday on Earth day by BBC South News. They did a whole edition on green solutions and had an excellent bit on our new green credentials including the video of the new stadium and an interview with Jon Clark.
