Matches Sunderland Sell-Out!

Perhaps not surprisingly after that result we won’t now sell out this evening.

Just 86 seats left though at 10.50pm - 10 North Stand, 18 South Stand Upper, 58 South Stand Lower. Whilst I don’t think there will be a stampede tomorrow, we should still sell out in the morning you would hope.

Imagine MK Dons early sales will be badly hit by the result this evening, and we will need a win on Saturday to ensure a decent crowd for that one.

Just out of interest, how are you lads at processing refunds?
Was thinking the same!!

Having had that thought sarcastically I then thought we really need to get behind the team Saturday, especially whilst there’s still a chance of making the play offs/ultimately promotion. (Stop the sarcastic thoughts!)

Still Believe!!

Very simple really. Win these next 2 and that MK Dons will be a 10k + crowd as it will then become massive

Or lose the next two and that mk game being switched from the original date and ultimately ruining peoples plans that night becomes less relevant.

75 Seats left as of 9.40am on Wednesday morning

10 North Stand
16 South Stand Upper
49 South Stand Lower
East Stand sold out

Only Block 1 (SSL) has any groups of seats left together - the rest are all individual seats

10.40am update and just 59 seats still available

1 East Stand (single seat in Block 18 has reappeared)
9 North Stand
15 South Stand Upper
34 South Stand Lower

Apart from one group of 3 seats together in Block 1 of SSL, all the seats are now individual ones.

As has been said countless times, the massive segregation is down to the design of the North Stand concourses as much as anything else.
Surely there is a 'line' where all seats one side of it use one part of the concourse and the other side of this line use the other part of the concourse?

If so, then just segregate a few rows whichever side of this. Or am I missing something?

Looking at it, I'm guessing that the 'N3' vomitorium (highlighted) would cause an issue if you moved the segregation further along the stand, as it appears to be linked to the same area as 'N2' under the stand...

Of course, there is no reason why the netting couldn't be half the width freeing up 100 or so seats in the home end.

11.45am update and just 5 sales over the past hour so there are now 54 tickets still available - all single seats

East Stand sold out again
9 in the North Stand
15 in the South Stand Upper
30 in the South Stand Lower

This could take a while!

2.00pm update and still 42 seats remaining so still only selling at a rate of about 5 per hour!

1 now available in East Stand (Block 19)
8 in the North Stand (Blocks 24/25 sold out)
11 in the South Stand Upper
22 in the South Stand Lower

A win yesterday and I think we would have sold out last night, but with the loss we may just struggle over the finishing line later today.

3.30pm update and still only a trickle of sales as we edge ever so slowly towards the sell out.

There are now 37 seats left (7 South Stand Upper, 8 North Stand, 22 South Stand Lower)

Rumour has it @Thecurraghofkildare was in goal for Morecambe last night in a desperate attempt to hijack my previously nailed on forecast of a Tuesday/Wednesday sell out!

Just got back from Morecambe. That's a bloody long way from Kent and makes over 1,100 miles I've driven to see two away defeats over the last four days!!!

That is commendable, Colin. Remember going to Roker Park in the Seventies with fuel at 40p a gallon. These two away games must have cost you mega.

Fair play Colin on all your travels to support the club this past week - that's some commitment

You have missed nothing today - quite the most excruciating day to be a dot counter with incredibly sluggish progress (albeit counts at this stage are super quick!)

There are still 35 seats available at 5.45pm (3 became available together in the East Stand with two now gone) - 1 in the East Stand, 9 in the North Stand, 6 in the South Stand Upper and 19 in the South Stand Lower.

Honestly thought the 86 tickets left last night would sell out by lunchtime today but the result last night has completely subdued the ticket buying momentum. Just 51 net sales in the day so far whereas normally a Wednesday before a Saturday match would be 300-400.

Always going to be hard to shift the individual seats though, most people go with someone else or a group.
