The appointment of Tim Williams (subject to approval) is interesting as his previous experience includes Man U and Inter Milan.

Hopefully he doesn't find the step up to us too daunting.

Assuming Grant Ferguson is UK based? Then that's a good thing to have the chairman of the club UK based.
(Edit - his linkedin suggests based in Kuala Lumpur so maybe not)


An additional body coming in as CEO is also a good thing.

Seriously impressive people, holding the key positions, including new Chairman and Chief Executive. About time we acted seriously and whilst the AGM is happening, a clever time to announce, deflecting the criticism pointing towards the manager.

It's very tempting to post more sometimes, but you know as well as I do, that confidential means confidential. New Chairman and a new Chief Executive. Ooh la la.

Interesting to see the stadium move described as “critical”. If it’s critical, lounging around in League One with 7/8k crowds isn’t going to help justify why we need to move.

This is exactly why I said Fleetwood was going to be pivotal before it was called off. Changes in terms of who is calling the shots and big dogs present on the ground, who were in planning on being in the stands at the weekend. If we had played and lost on Saturday…
