New Stadium Plans - The Triangle - Planning

Very good point.
None of the key people at OPDL seem to have set up any other companies, so I assume they would use the same company for The Triangle. If they had been using the football club we would have seen some initial costs going though those accounts.
So I guess they are just late filing the accounts. Perhaps complicated if they had to write off costs associated with Stratfield Brake which they couldn't carry over to the Triangle?

Company set up to build the stadium, late in submitting accounts. Interesting… or nothing of concern?
The word 'amateurish' springs to mind.

In some cases companies may lay dormant, however in this instance given there is some activity in the months building up to date and they have had a compulsory notice for strike off, it's both lazy and basic more than anything.

In the scheme of things it doesn't really impact much, but it is a tad unnecessary. Put it this way; it doesn't do anyone any favours.

There was a change of finance director recently, perhaps the need to file this return wasn't handed over?

Coffee ppfftt give me a proper cup of Rosie Lee, in Gloucester green cafe ,woolies or browns cafe any day. Coffee is just expensive watered down crap . Not like a proper Italian coffee.
Maybe this should bo on a different thread.
My point was regarding profit, not personal preferences, but here goes :
Bolder breakfast tea by Witney company Jeeves & Jericho is excellent .
There coffee under the UE brand is roasted and blended on site and sold widely in many outlets .
West Oxfordshire company Lynwood make a superb coffee .
