Did anyone else detect a markedly less neutral / more frustrated tone to Grant’s brief interview after the game today?

Obviously it wasn’t the time or the place to go further with him, but it was the first time I can remember really feeling like I could hear a bit of the same irritation we’ve been sharing on here

When we played Barnsley at Wembley, pre parkway and Oxford station line being open, I was in the queue at Parkway and it was incredibly well mannered except for some very posh north Oxford type woman shouting at people as she pushed through claiming she had to meet a friend at Bicester Village, everyone just let her through while shaking their heads at the lack of manners.

Yes he sounded a bit frustrated, and understandably too.

Because knows that each deliberate, unnecessary delay damages and threatens the very existence of OUFC, and those that cause those delays know it too.

I think North Oxford has more than one rude, over entitled middle class, Middle Aged woman unfortunately.

It will be hard work going from the polite, well mannered locals of Blackbird Leys to the dragged up North Oxford snobs but hopefully by example we can pull them up to something approaching civilised, we can but try anyway.

Had a look on Nextdoor and noticed that Mr Middleton stating that Chiltern Railway were questioning who would pay for extra carriages and develop the station at Parkway. Others pointed out that Chiltern Railway have said nothing of the sort. They are a limited company under Arriva Trains and would benefit financially from increased use on the line and will add carriages as demand dictates to maximise profits. They do exactly the same at peak times for Bicester Village on the same line. The idea that Oxford United will somehow have to pay for this service is ridiculous.

And of course, we don't need to second guess Chiltern Railways view as they replied to the planning portal with absolutely clear support for the stadium.

He complains about people being rude about him but what does he expect when he blatantly lies so frequently? He is a joke of a councillor and a joke of a man. The sooner this is signed and sealed and we can ignore this man and his chums the better.

This quote from the Oxford mail perfectly sums up Middleton, he takes information then puts what's in his head and adds it together with what he's reading and comes up with an answer to suit his narrative

I've asked him to prove it his excuse is that when he has posted it before on next door WE have had it removed which we all know is absolute rubbish as it's him and his 2 fosb chums who are mods on next door that removes all of our posts
