Pros: Built in 20 months and beautiful.
Cons: cost $250million USD which is twice the rumoured budget.

The ends are bigger than the sides...looks a bit daft

We specialise in that with stadium design. Got to follow on from the multiple stands at the Manor to the Fence End at the Kasstad.

The "original" plans drawn up in 2020 with the target site north of Oxford Parkway were very similar to the New York Stadium, but I would imagine these have developed massively since then.

That type of design would work, cost 'only' £20million and amazingly only took 13 months to build which is a key consideration here of course.
