Someone send them the report that says property values increase by being next to football stadia. Surely this would be a big positive for those looking to sell land for housing developments nearby since they would get more money for it.

Either way, bit of an oversight from the club to not include this land in their assessments.

Liz Brighouse saying that the LDs have been delaying this for three years is very telling.

It has been there tactics all the way through to delay only have to look back to the Jan 23 meeting where they all wanted another meeting to decide whether or not they should continue

It's a much better piece from the Fail. I'm surprised they let it get published to be truly honest.
