That doesn't make any sense!
Your positivity is admirable but you need to look at the impact of the cap in year 2,3 and 4 here and what this means for clubs in league 1 and those coming down from the championship each year.

I agree this season we have a lot of room but each year we stay in lwague one the harder it will be to compete with the clubs coming down.

Not just that, if say we went up to the championship in 4 years time, with players on an average of 1300 a week, what chance would we have of staying up. Unless we went silly and threw money at it. This will make the jump from league 1 to the championship even bigger for clubs.

There is now no way we will swap hanson for kelly. Hansons wage (lets pretend is 4k) only counts towards 1.3k in the salary cap until He leaves/has a new contract. Selling him only frees up that 1.3k so if kelly came in on 4k to replace hanson we will then be allocating 4k (an extra 2.7k) of the cap budget.
We won’t get either Kelly or Browne now with the wage cap

The more you look at numbers the less it makes sense, a lot of the fringe players has not done so far in their career to be valued at the 1300 per week figure(£67000pa) , bear in mind that a hospital consultant starts at £70000 as a comparison, i would hope that the actual wage structure reflects this
67K is about what an MP gets!

Basically, we need every player in the squad to have the ability to step straight into the first 11. We don't have the luxury of sending players out on loan, basically carrying players, who are not up to league 1 standards. Money that could go towards the wages of a genuine squad player.
That puts question marks over napa, Stevens and Jones.
You’re that bloke who doesn’t like homegrown players

Not Jones, he's under 21.
