I think one or two of you are misunderstanding my post.

Kassam will 100% get planning for housing on the stadium site once we go, it will be the largest brownfield site in Oxford, but OCC will make him jump through as many hoops as possible, due to his previous behaviour. And I really hope they string it out as long as possible so that he's a very old man before he makes any more profit from his association with OUFC. Having said that, he'll probably just sell it to a developer once it's got outline planning permission.

Be a shame if a lobby group such as Friends of Kassam Stadium (FOKS) popped up and slowed the process down even further.........

One of the criticisms of FoSB is that it is made up of elderly nimbies. Any environmental lobby group should reflect all age groups so I propose the Friends Of Kassam - Young and Old United.

And I look forward to us all chanting FOK YOU to Mr Kassam when we finally leave!

I’ll believe it when I see it, they can talk a good game, but they’ve already demonstrated they’re pretty toothless, just look at the priory, and they’re not going to look a gift horse in the mouth for too long, they need houses built

Reminds me of the time the City Council threatened Firoka with a £2,500 fine over the Priory in 2019.

I'm sure Uncle Firoz, net worth over £300m in 2017, was ready to file for bankruptcy over such a threat!

Funnily enough 3 of 4 here are my customers, and I know the design teams at Ridge & AFL personally, whilst Fabrik work with one of my colleagues. Bound by our own customer NDA's but they're all leaders in their spaces.

To the Nimbys who claimed the triangle wasn't large enough for a football stadium, our architects designed Brentfords new stadium. A larger capacity stadium on a smaller piece of triangular land, another argument in the gutter.

I can barely plan a pub crawl that doesn’t involve the red lion let alone plan a multi disciplinary construction project!

A couple of images from AFL's website. I love the external look for the expansion project at Millwall, and the imaging that can be projected like the Swansea arena.

I would love to see the approach to the south side of the stadium lit up with images of Oxford United past and present, but with a more natural look to blend into the environment to the north and west in particular.

Well that says a lot about the Thames Valley Police in particular Oxfordshire Constabulary! All this crime in Kidlington yet doesn't it have the Police headquarters based there ! Beginning to wonder if Kidlington is worthy of OUFC having a new home there !

I’ve been there 5x this season, and they are making cracking progress last time I went was Liverpool v Fulham. It’s looks very nice despite what you think of the club.
