If you think they should play after 1 training session then that's just idiotic. We lost because of a combination of poor concentration,Poor finishing and a dodgy ref.

Can we change the way we play? People were crying out for 4 4 2 and Pep changed it. We had so many chances to win the game. Some of our fans!

Just watched the game. Have to say its the best I've seen us play for a long time (bar the finishing). That said, the two goals they have scored were terrible to give away and down to poor refereeing, a lack of concentration and a bit of calamity thrown in for good measure. Carroll hasn't had the best of games but i think he had a bit of a case for the first goal. I thought he won the ball (rather than it being a foul against). Other than those two moments, defensively we were pretty good, including Tiendali. In attack, we had at least 4 or 5 clear chances where we should have put the ball in the net. Henry, Obika and Mehmeti missed the easiest. Their goalkeeper has played a blinder. Ref had a shocker. The substitutions didn't work but I don't think its fair to point the finger at Pep today, it was the players on the pitch that failed to get a result. Think GVK has had enough chances now and simply doesn't add enough to the team.

The young Man City lad could of been on the bench as an option, would of been ideal for the last ten minutes given the situation we found ourselves in.

Whether it would of made any difference is another matter but preferable to Van Kessel.

Agree with poor concentration and poor finishing but please explain the game changing decision by the ref that caused us to lose? Stop ref bashing when the team and manager are poor. Not saying the ref had a blinder but the team and Pep's tactics cost us that match.

Okay so when a ref has been poor, it's illegal to say so? It doesn't matter that there was no big decision that he messed up on it was lot's of little ones i.e Aaron Martins Yellow that cost us the game. Things like that change the game in the other teams favour.

We still need to improve the concentration and finishing. We should've won comfortably.

Yes all the moaners are out tonight...Pep said he was also disappointed..we were also frustrated when Mapp didn't blame himself..have noticed that PC is picking up on vocab. phrases that Faz uses as there is now more variety in his lexis..we just need to change focus to concentrate ha ha
