I'm speaking to the nice folk in the shop Saturday about just that issue. They are going to "raise a ticket" with somebody - IT, I'm guessing.

The Ticket Office team have put in a monumental effort to send out all 4,000+ season cards in little over one week, the last of which was sent out to fans on Monday 9th at 5pm.

So my sons u13s season ticket still didn’t arrive today which was strange considering they were all posted out on Monday so I rang ticket office and apparently they have no cards left until the 20th so they need to print two hard copy’s for the next two games) dunno what they are if they’ve ran out of season tickets) bit if a shambles really not very impressed
