Living in Wantage there are a few scum kicking about who like to get chopsy from time to time so in all honesty, i couldn’t be happier at last nights outcome and if that gypo McKirdy copped a bit at the same time then all the better!

When you hear them singing about Joey as they do, I couldn’t wish anything but grief on any one of their players or anyone who associates with their tin pot, scum club.

Good riddance. Enjoy Harrogate, Barrow and Sutton next year. Scum.

Glad they didn’t come up because we are looking to get promotion and they are too big a distraction. We have bigger fish to fry.
we have to beat the likes of Derby, Sheffield Weds,Pompey,Ipswich,Bolton,Plymouth,Barnsley,Charlton and maybe Sunderland or Wycombe
That is enough of a mountain to climb we don’t want the usual”As long as we beat Swindon” comments

Cant stress just how important it is for us to get promotion

We won't play them again for a while, our clubs are on different trajectories.
 
How ridiculous!! You don't want to watch a local derby?? Can't imagine (Spurs/Arsenal) (Liverpool/Man United) etc etc not wanting to play each other.Strange !! Bring them all on Derby, Sheffield, etc etc maybe then the fans might sing.

I moved to Wantage in 2006 and was surprised at how many swindon there were.

I get the impression that there are possibly more swindon than Oxford, but there's no question that Oxford are more visible.

For the most part there seems to be a truce.

The odd reading dickhead but for the most part they're not worth thinking about.

No not this year as I have said there is too much distraction around them,a number of our fans think beating Swindon is the be all and end all of a season as long as we don’t go down.

Same as ,Shrivenham, &Faringdon.Even a couple in Witney.I' ve always struggled with that one,part of Oxfordshire is red.The only thing I can think of ,cause they are on the border of Wiltshire & it's closer toS******n.
Mind you last time I went to Thame, lads walking around in Wycombe shirts.When I worked in Thame 40 odd years ago they were all yellows.Wycombe weren't even in the league.
