Cheers Si.

It's very tempting to post more sometimes, but you know as well as I do, that confidential means confidential. I usually only try to right any wrong rumours or gossip, and sometimes have to be very very careful with the exact words I choose. I'm not looking for plaudits, but it annoys me when unsubstantiated nonsense gets posted, repeated, and then accepted as fact, so I'm pleased that people appreciate my input.

This announcement today will, in my opinion, be the start of our new future, with much more good news to come, in the next few weeks and months.

It’s great reading through your posts @Colin B and more often that not very informative. I agree with you not wanting to give snippets of info at times, because you just know some fans on here, will just constantly bombard you with question after question. Sometimes fans need a bit of patience.

I’m interested to know what stake Horst has now. 25 - 30%…. Tiger and Pairoj minimum shareholders?

Ferguson continued; “The football business is rapidly changing, and standing still is not an option. We must adopt best practice in stakeholder engagement, people development, data science and analysis, financial management and business planning to ensure we have a commercial infrastructure that supports and leverages our on-field ambitions.

Does this refer to the footballing side or off-field?

None the less, a move in the right direction seemingly addressing issues some have repeatedly highlighted.

With the takeover finally completed hopefully they will stamp their authority now and hopefully big changes are coming regarding the playing side of things as they stated DONT WANT TO STAND STILL and they can't afford to now just wondering what stage is the new stadium is at they stated CRITICAL wonder if its more advanced than we think 🤔

The word Critical I think is in relation to our current league position. It would seem daft to have a bright shiny new stadium with only 7k - 8k crowds. To make it work we need to be challenging at the top, and getting ourselves out of Lge one. So we can attract new supporters, and young fans that will be the future.

Seems a positive step. Finally, some transparency.

Slight concerns that the new CEO appears still to be based in Asia, though, and that someone involved in whatever this is is also a major shareholder in our club:

Pairoj (via Empire Assets Group) / Supranee only hold 7.94% of the OUFC holding company.

Does this being confirmed mean we’ve had positive news re the new ground?
That was my thought when I was reading the OM. My next was whether the new owners / board will support KR or was that Tiger's call? Don't want to get into that here but it will certainly be interesting times now I think.

This is going to be some kind of a ride for the coming few years!
Nah, the powers that be are just happy to float around mid-table L1 until the stadium gets approved, even though that happening is at least partially dependent on success and advancement on the pitch to justify it, while billionaires who have given the club its biggest ever budget have taken majority ownership and appointed ex-Inter Milan board members as Chairman and Chief Executive respectively.

Keep up, won’t you? Results don’t matter. They’re doing all this for a laugh.

Looking at the resume for Tim Williams is very, very impressive. Putting him and Grant Ferguson in charge and I cannot, for the life of me, see KR lasting beyond the next defeat.

I think your right, we lose badly (which I expect) at Charlton they aren’t going to mess around
