Their sponsorship was as a result of them wanting to win business in the publishing sector - Maxwell told them he would only consider them for BPCC/Pergamon if they gave OUFC the biggest sponsorship deal in English football.

When Four Four Two Magazine put their name on Swindon Town’s shirts I stopped buying it. I also associate Nationwide B/Soc. with Swindon Town.

I have a friend who follows Burnley and he stopped drinking Thwaites beer when they sponsored Blackburns kit.

Like the pinstripes and general design, think the yellow around the sponsors logo looks crappy. Will have to see if it's any better in the flesh and will likely wait for a later season sale to buy it.

The kits this season are ok, to be honest unless they are terrible people will still purchase them. No doubt I will get my boy one before the season starts, another will be on his Christmas list and the third will be purchased when they reduce the prices towards the end of the season.
