A morbid one, but Nigel Cassidy passed away on the day my second daughter was born.

Herbie Kane shares the same birth date which also was the Day we beat Leeds 4-1 Milk Cup 83 and Ipswich 4-3 85 ....10th and 12th Birthdays not a bad present !!

I have the same birthday (not year!!) as the club. 27 October. Had to check but matches on my birthday:
0-0 at Birmingham in '84
1-1 at Watford in '90
1-0 at Hartlepool in '01
2-1 at Merthyr in '07
3-1 at home to Wycombe in '12
3-0 at home to Shrewsbury in '18
0-2 at Charlton in '20

That's not a bad record, P7 W4 D2 L1 F10 A5 GD +5 Pts 14 - PPG 2.... would take that most seasons, but matches not as glamorous as the person who had Leeds Milk Cup and Ipswich 4-3!! Simon Marsh is the nearest to my DOB I can find, he's in to next calendar year, but only about two months older!

over 80 percent of fans who have voted back Buckingham so i don't see the point of those who continually trying to talk down the coach and the players.

We know what kind of fan Kip is. it looks as though @uptheus should change their user name to @downtheus

Are you incapable of supporting your football club which is 7th in League 1 and 1 point off the playoffs. or are you planning to snipe for the rest of the season?

Well over 50 per cent of those who have voted think that he needs to be given a summer transfer window.

So why don't the small minority who disagree chill out until 2024-2025?

There's a difference between discussing actual games played, and speculating about bad things that might happen.

Hopefully from Saturday he will have a decent squad of players to choose from. and we can all get behind our team [That's Oxford United for most of us, Charlton Athletic for one]

A fan who has concerns that our coach is tactically not at the races? Is that a crime?
