We desperately need new players in key positions. The squad is looking at the end of its talent tether at the moment and all the manager can do is shuffle the deckchairs around in the hope it looks better. The pressure will be on Pep to deliver in this window and DE to support that effort.

Cheerio Pep utter rubbish served up since cheltenham at home in the league cup. Fed up with journeymen and his mates being given employment at our club and his constant excuses about "Fokus" and "we are learning". He really needs to go and NOW. That warm weather training seems to be little more than a paid excuse to go home for a bit. I have been calling for his head for a while but surely this has to be be the end if not after MK dons.

Been thinking that for a while but what has happened to the team that came back at Posh??

Teams have worked us out. They knew to flood the midfield and get runners behind the CMs, and we cannot cope with it. They simply do not track them well enough and it's been killing us recently.

If he goes it has to be within the next 48 hours. We need to give whoever would take chance time to identify targets and time to get them in. The later we leave it the worse it gets.
At the latest it has to be before the end of the 1st week in January, this window will fly by.

Have some sympathy for the manager, he was made assurances certain players wouldn't be sold- but they were. I still have little faith in his abilities though. Doubt he'll be sacked any time soon, seems the chairman has lost interest..
