I think these two matches have summed up a Karl Robinson side for me. A bad start with the players not looking like they know what to do. Then a spirited fightback later on, but still the disorganisation creeps in from time to time. And whilst passion's in abundance we're always playing catch up, and it's not enough to turn things around. At the end there's always the feeling of 'what if we started more like this?'.
I've not been shy in calling for Karl to go. He's not going to, but I hope the end to the campaign has showed what I mean. People will always use the lines 'but he got us into two play-offs' and 'he's overachieving with the budget he has', but if this club wants to make it into the Championship I think we have to look at someone else.
Karl will be in charge come the start of the next season, but the question is, will the majority of fans tolerate him and his premiership if he starts off a fourth full season with us poorly?
