Don’t get too touchy; it wasn’t a dig, it was a mild joke pointing out an obvious error in your information. Not living in Oxfordshire, and unable to attend the exhibition, I appreciate all information about the stadium from those in the know.

"Environmental group" my a**e. If they really were one, they'd welcome less cars on the road.

A hope an underpass will be seriously considered. One was built under the London Road back in the day and has a mural commemorating the presence of Oxford United in Headington. If Kidlington Parish Council are so against the temporary closure of the road, perhaps they might like to make a donation to the cost of its construction?

Yeah,unfortunately that underpass was filled in many years ago in favour of pelican crossings,which is one of the reasons it now takes so long to drive through hradington.I remember the murals though.

So they propose to remain separate from Oxford but then KPC dislikes that a road connecting Kidlington to Oxford is being cut off and that traffic will go directly into KPC. DO they not realise their own hypocrisy in these statements and people can get into Oxford in different ways especially given the limited level of time in which the road will be shut. There's no logic to their thinking, just pure manipulation and gaslighting at this point from KPC

Surely any decision on road closures will be made by the highways and safety groups as appointed by OCC. The safety of pedestrians will not be put at risk because it doesn't suit KPC.
They are at risk of making a laughing stock of themselves.

I'm currently listening to the KPC Zoom meeting, and it's almost completely unintelligible. Chairman David Robey's mic is working fine, but the handheld mic has an echo because the chairman's mic is open at the same time, and is picking up the sound from the hall speakers, which has a slight delay. Whoever is operating the sound mixer needs to turn down (or switch off) one mic when the other is in use.

Sounds like a normal kpc meeting some things never change
