You're just blaming match officials when your team's losing...standard football fan mentality. You will never get consistency in ALL games because a different human is in charge. As long as the ref is consistent in that one match then no problem. I guess you want VAR for every decision in every game as that's the only way you'll get the consistency you allegedly want. And it would have to be the same VAR unless a computer could do it...Don't call me a fool either - it's my opinion and I can say what I want too..

Rosie seems to think he hasn't done us any favours, although I agree it doesn't sound like it's made a huge difference to the result. I'm obviously not there, and listening to a biased commentary, but it sounds like some of the decisions are taking the relative inexperience of the Chelsea players into account?

I don't think some on this forum realise just how bad this squad is. There are a few good players, but most are average at best. The main problem is that the squad is totally unbalanced. It wouldn't matter what system is employed, we don't have the right players to make it work.!!!!

Correct - if you referee a game between 2 teams of different standards you bring the standards down to the lower team. Unfortunately OUFC we're unexpectedly bad! The ref could not have expected a team of pros (allegedly) to be worse than a bunch of kids!
