Elon gave up on Twitter!Seriously?
It is 6 months from planning.
This thread gets odder and odder
So who from the current squad would we add to tonight’s STARTING outfield 10 that will form part of the 22?
Baldock (where is he by the way tonight?)
Long
Forde
Smyth
Mous (maybe, possibly or probably?)
Unless I’ve missed anyone we are 7 or 8 short as things stand?
Not trying to create any negativity here but a genuine view as to where we are in real terms.
4 more injury prone wingers it’ll be then!!Forde is in today's starting outfield 10! But you've missed Gorrin off your list (who would be another one to file under "where is he by the way tonight?")
Today's starting XI looks OK, but - once again - lacks a specialist RB and a holding midfielder, and we know that Seddon is suspect defensively.
There's still time, but if we don't recruit for each of those three positions in the next six weeks, then I think we're asking for trouble. But, given KR's recent track record, I'm not 100% sure that we will........

I don’t understand that! I guess they’re after some compensation, but to actually force to purchase them is crazy! Not if the Twitter board have their way and succeed with suing him.
Is there a delay?Maybe it's down to a delay in the take over?
I'd imagine most of the board are also significant shareholders and Musk's offer was thought to be over the odds so they stand to miss out on a large windfall.I don’t understand that! I guess they’re after some compensation, but to actually force to purchase them is crazy!
Biting his tongue?Craig Short doing the post match interview. KR didn't do one last night either at Hungerford.
Odd.......?
Would be great if we could get the Jones deal wrapped up asap. 1yr deal with an option ideally. Taking the risk looks an absolute no-brainer.
Who knows? Not like him to pass on the interviews to someone else, and not twice on the bounce.Biting his tongue?
Perhaps he’s had to dash off to meet a local player who he’s been on the phone to all night?Craig Short doing the post match interview. KR didn't do one last night either at Hungerford.

Only if it's a pay as you play deal.
Well then I'd say it's far from a no brainerWould make it impossible to protect out asset. As I’ve mentioned previously, if Jones stays fit and plays a full season for us then he’ll be a saleable asset.
I’m also not convinced he’ll take it, and we can be sure other clubs are taking note that he has now been fully fit for a year and is playing at a high level in pre-season.
