... to knock down the Bingo Hall and build a Lab, meters from Oxford Science Park!
But we need to OBJECT to this application. Not just because of the landlord, but there is a HUGE Science park next door where this SHOULD be built but also a loss of entertainment space. If he made rents more affordable, then maybe the county would benefit from something else.
