Away Match Day Thread 24/8/21 Carabao Cup: QPR v OUFC

He did go home and was leant to a club...should have watched the youth team game the other day Mr B.
I Mmmm thinking what has he got to do to get a start or at least a sub appearance? And yes he had issues at home as to why he was loaned back to the club( can’t ember who ) for the remainder of last season.

this ref was on 7 or 8 .first half .... gone down one or two in the 2nd

Were not clinical enough in front of goal sadly

bin those damn losing black kits

Worrying that the injuries keep on creeping in. Our deep squad is now looking quite thin

I would take a defeat in a cup we’re not going to win if it adds a few extra £££s on Dickie’s price tag. That could be worth a lot to us if the PL club comes looking for him.

A few extra minutes in the legs of those who haven’t had many.

Maybe when they sell dickie we could use our share to buy a decent goal scoring striker to play with Taylor

But I thought the great Dan Agyei was the undervalued player whose blistering pace, unwavering commitment and terrific skills with a ball at his feet could save the world, if only he was played?

Shame to lose but better off out of this cup, no money in it for us (unless we win it or get on the TV)

Worried that the younger players get a knock to their confidence and hopefully the injuries are just minor.

I think that could be Agyei out on loan or sold by the end of the month we need another striker for sure. And another bad night with two more injuries . I said four more players in and I still think I will be right.

Not the end of the world, with the lack of prize money it's probably the worst of the three trophies to progress in unless you get a lucky draw. Could do with a few less games too with our current injury list. Feels like every game we're adding to the list too.

Good to get some minutes in the legs for McGuane, Holland and Moore, and the youth lads will learn from their minutes even if they had a tough time. Glad to see the reaction on here is generally more positive than on Twitter where some of the responses are acting like this game has relegated us!
