Aye - the best player I've ever seen in yellow (and I started going to the Manor in ~94)

My point is that to be a great defender, it's not just about being well-drilled and well organized. It's about having size, power and innate defensive skills and instincts.
And we just don't have enough players in our current squad that have any of those things.

Whereas we've got enough players with attacking instincts, vision and skills to fill our front three at least three times over!

I know it's a jovial nickname but it's also a slur that's been used eith bitter vitriol against some of us, your fellow yellows, and is needlessly bleak. It’s regarded as a racist term, like paki or n*****, by travellers and Roma people. I’m not sure why it’s used of Ainsworth, a really good manager albeit on the dirty side. Let’s hope we can soon match and surpass the achievements of his side, and give a lot more entertainment along the way.

Yep, I'd done exactly the same! A full count only took about five minutes, instead of ten times that (or more) if dot counting. Interestingly I'd noticed that a few other clubs also had the % per block system, and all are now gone too, so it must be a TicketMaster thing?

I know that your intentions are good, but I think there are better ways to show that one term is offensive rather than highlighting others.

This one is a must-win if we are to have any designs on promotion. We need to be more like England in terms of extensive work on set plays. However, they need to be more like us with regards to penalty taking. We both need to be better at defending 1-0 leads!

As someone mentioned before on this threat, I think things will start to click (we have been pretty unlucky in the games we've lost/drawn), and we will go on a run. Remember we are still in our traditionally bad start period.

I think if we win this, we could go on an unbeaten run for 10-15 games, but if we lose, we could lose confidence and not get a win for the next 5-10 games. It's such an important match.

Same with Kane, give him another sub appearance.

I’d personally also give Cooper a go off the bench, I think he works hard and deserves a shot.

IF Long doesn't start ( and McNally isn't brought in to add height), one of the things that the striker will have to do is to help defend corners/ free kicks. That will be key in trying to help the defending of dead ball situations.
I would trust Taylot far more than Agyei ( and probably Winnall) in this

Alright, I'll bite. Traditionally it was considered an ethnic slur amongst Irish travellers and Romany and is generally used as an expression of contempt. More recently it's used as a catch-all expression of disdain for people considered to be an under-class. I'm in agreement with Mojofilter here. It’s the strongest on offer right now, with Agyei getting a chance through the middle, I like it.

But even if Taylor does drop to the bench, will Robbo choose that lineup, and play Agyei instead of Winnall??

He’ll probably play an unfit Kane and Long from the start, with Winnall up front, and Agyei won’t get a look in…..again.
