People will disagree but picking a squad based on how likable they are within a group rather than what they may bring to the team/increase your chances of winning in a competitive match situation is ultimately counterproductive, considering the aim of football as a sport is to win matches!Just for clarification, I'm not saying TB is causing a massive disruption, I don't know what is happening behind the scenes. It was a response to the suggestion that what you do on the pitch is the most important thing. It is important, but then so is fitting into the team without causing a lot of issues.
If the rest of the team are going to sulk if he gets picked then that doesn't say much positive about them as a group. That's childlike behaviour.
