Interesting how many season ticket holders did not apply. Oxford mail stated in December 2020 we had 4,600 season ticket holders and the 4,000 limit includes "players, staff, Directors, corporate, media, and policing & stewarding personnel into this figure". I know a lot of our season ticket holders travel some distance so the 6pm kick off might have caused them a problem. Of course it might also be difficult to get time off from work for some.

To be honest, I’m impressed that so many ST holders applied, for the reasons you’ve stated.

I don’t understand why the ballot application asked for your 1st and 2nd choice seating area preferences, to then allocate seats elsewhere!

Normally SSU. My stepdaughter is scared she'll get a ball in the face anywhere else

I think the choices were in case they couldn't fit everyone in their usual stand.

Like others have said well done to the club for managing to get all season tickets in for Tuesdays game.

Now time to focus on the match. I think if we can stay in the game going into the away game we will have an excellent chance of going through.

This year I feel we have more players that can change a game on their day. Last season we relied heavily on Browne and Taylor/ Henry after the notable losses in the transfer window, however this season we have Taylor, Dangerous Dan, Barker, Shadipo, Sykes, Henry coming into form, Lee and not to mention we are much more of a threat on setplays.

I think Sam Long will be a massive, massive loss if he doesn't make it but we can still do it and hopefully display much more nouse.

Blackpool impressed me a lot when they came to us and won but we are a different side now.
