I actually thought Gorrin was as bad as Kelly today. Kelly getting stick, rightly so, because his mistake led to a goal but Gorrin's inability to fine his man from ten yards away, almost led to a goal too.
The manager was watching the same game then!

Stick with s winning side please and don't change for some rotation theory which is clearly proven wrong.

May have only been 1 player but why.

Come on Sykes is just not a wide man and as for his goal scoring record! To be fair was not our worse player today

We only have 10 games left. Pick your best side and stick with it. Aka Liverpool

This highlights another problem, I am not sure he knows.

Me
don't like Kelly just to lightweight
Henry too slow
Sykes too inconsistent and never a match winner

Any how I rest my case.

Expect another 11 on Tuesday for sure.

Correct. According to some our season is over though!
Well it’s over when the last game is played alas we won’t be in the playoffs Blackpool have 2 games in hand over us 4 in hand over Charlton who occupy 6th spot and are only 3 points ahead of Blackpool Doncaster have a game in hand over us and are 4 points ahead so it will be very difficult, might as will be honest.

Win Tuesday and we’re in the play offs for the first time this season if Blackpool fail to beat Peterborough!

I think I understand that really long sentence!

Radox and several posters pointing out that we could make the playoffs Tuesday night if we beat Northampton.
Everyone missing the point that if we had turned up today and beaten Blackpool, we would now already be in a playoff place with games in hand over Charlton and Lincoln.

Don’t think everyone is missing the point just putting a positive spin on it, delusional yes😉

Habibi, I think we lost today because he didn't tinker enough. Apart from the defensive step-back of Sykes for Shodipo it was the same team that got lucky against a madly disorganised Doncaster.

Probably Blackpool set up to deal with that as well as doing the bleeding obvious press on our over-rated defence, guessing that we'd have Taylor up front with minimal support, and having looked at our midfielders realised that if they could pin Brannagan back and limit the out ball to the wing we were toothless.

Sitting back and playing it long to Agyei or Taylor with Lee close in and a winger may have worked but yer man's too timid to change it to outwit a team that can work us out.

But, then again, without McGuane we have a bunch of panicky backward-looking midfielders who can't break forward (apart maybe from Brannagan) and can only kick with one foot (each).

Recruitment has been pretty poor, and a bit random over the past year. It's hard to make a case that we've built a team but we have a collection of individuals. Where was the plan?

Ma'salaam.

And Blackpool have 2 games in hand over us and Lincoln are 9 points ahead so that’s a non starter regarding Lincoln.

The fact that "if" we had turned up today with all that was to play for it might have led to some optimism.. Alas we didnt.

For me, this team at Oxford led by Robbo will forever be known as The Bottlers. Had a chance at Wembley. Choked. Had a realistic shot at the playoffs. Have bottled it.

I can't believe I didn't notice that the season had finished!

Lincoln would only have been 6 points in front and we play them next week with a chance of reducing that to 3 and still with a game in hand so disagree with that.
