They played us off the pitch first half and were the best team I've seen up here, only looked like going one way. Credit to Robbo and the lads, whatever he said at half time did the trick as we were excellent and fully deserved the win.

Get a new deal in front of Bodin, he should certainly be starting ahead of Whyte who was poor again.

After his first few performances I was really concerned with Brown but happy to hold my hands up as he's been excellent the last few weeks. A great outlet when we're pinned in as well, gives us the option to clear long to the flank knowing he's likely to win the header and either we keep the ball or at least get further up the pitch, providing Stevens can find him that is.

What a night! MK got it tactically right first half. Crowded the midfield, not giving our players room for a second touch.
I’m impressed with the way Robinson changed it half-time and we looked a different side in the second half. Also Brown’s best game yet.
Apparently only our second clean sheet in 2022.
All the focus now on Saturday’s game. No need to think further ahead of that right now!!

Thought we got it tactically right, let them have the ball and run around using up energy while we
defended in zones, 2nd half we started with the high press and upped the tempo and they were
spent.

Find Lewington such a fascinating player. Whenever his side are playing well, he looks like a super-dependable, sure-footed, experienced League One player, a real asset. Whenever they're playing badly he just looks like a fat ginger bloke who's somehow found his way onto a professional football pitch.

The RadOx team said that was his 850th appearance for the Dons (of one form or another). 850!?! That's more than Joey & Les Robinson (to pick our longest-serving players from the past 30 years) combined!

Certainly going to end up a case of what might have been if we hadn't bottled it.

The frustrating thing is that this team are capable of beating others, as they have shown now the pressure is off.

That’s a good point. Even with their first half possession, they only managed to put the ball in one or two dangerous areas. Otherwise they didn’t really test Stevens first half.

Delighted with that result, thought Brown was excellent at left back. The subs were also spot on and gave us the boost when needed to snatch 3 points.
It is still looking like a difficult task to reach the playoffs in my opinion but we have given ourselves half a chance with the result tonight.
Having Marcus Browne back fit and firing could be huge for the final 2 games and if we have Baldock back too we may just sneak in.
Let’s hope the wobble we had doesn’t cost us!🤞🏻

Sadly Baldock won’t be back for a league game, he might make a play off game if we get there though.

They had 2 shots saved by Stevens then the goal line clearance from Brown

Yeah that makes you sound like a t**t. I missed the game to see Nick
Mason, maybe I’m a t**t as well. I imagine most of the whingers have been hunted down by now?

Need to see the highlights again but i can`t remember Stevens making too difficult a save, fair enough
for the one that was cleared off the line but i think that came from a very loose McNally pass ? Not sure,
but i thought we did a decent job of absorbing most of what they threw at us.
It didnt ever feel very hairy at the back.

Only seeing it live but I thought there wasn't much else Jack Stevens could have done for the one cleared off the line. He, at the very least, made it harder for their forward.

Not blaming Stevens for anything, think he looked solid enough tonight, was trying to point out that despite being under the
cosh a bit first half we werent really tested apart from the odd moment.
