Matt Taylor's goal.

WHAT. A. VOLLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My family and I were sitting behind the goal in line with it. WOW!

McNally was class today. Not sure if he was under instructions to bring the ball out more or whether he just chose to do it, but regardless that was some performance. Felt sorry for Long because McNallys performance just overshadowed their very solid performances!

A front two of Baldock and Taylor is as good as it gets at this level. Both ooze class and are fantastic finishers.

Fantastic performance!

Regarding Luke McNally, I think it's important to remember this is his first full season of professional football and less than a month ago he lost a very close friend. So to put in these level of performances, he's clearly a remarkable young man and has exceeded all expectations for this season - an exceptional talent and very happy that he is an OUFC player.

Well that was a superb first half. Honestly some of the best football I've seen OUFC play in years. Second half? Bit of a non event.

Burton looked pretty toothless.

And Matty's volley? Absolute class.

We are on the up.

Would have been nice to add a couple more bit can't grumble too much, that was a fantastic first half. Despite the fact we've got about 18 wingers this winger-free formation looks the way to go. We need the extra centre back in there and Taylor and Baldock is a great partnership at this level, they look like they've been playing together for years. Having a centre back able to carry the ball out is a real weapon as well as teams don't know how to deal with it, it created absolute havoc when McNally and Long did it today.

Baldock would likely have walked man on the match had he stayed on, I expected him to be decent but he looks a class above and I suspect he would have done better with the chance Winnall had. He is well going to be released come end of May.

Great hit by Whyte ans nice to see him get off the mark, hopefully that gives him some confidence. There were still several occasions where he turned back today when you want him charging towards goal putting defenders on the back foot.

Also, McNally. Christ.
On reflection this is the perfect formation for us, you only need three defenders and can play three wingers! And it works.

Rumours of "traffic management" issues exiting the stadium & bowlplex car park after the game?

I see idiot drivers trying to pull in to the car park opposite the cinema whilst cars are trying to get out that then gridlocked the cars trying to get out of the overflow carpark I'm baffled as to why people don't look before booking to use the complex
